I believe everyone has made a bundle of Eco Print, but have not had an entire bundle to be pleasing. There are pieces and parts of a bundle you adore and well other parts and dissapointing. Perhaps you wished you could use those lovely prints in some way.

When I began to master my Eco Printing skills in 2014, (wow that was a long time ago) I too had many hits and misses at printing. In 2017 I was then determined to utilize these hits and misses in a skirt and top. The above photo is the original garment. I wanted to share how to make this skirt and top with others who has a stash of hits and misses and created a tutorial in 2020.

The sewing tutorial explains how to use an existing top from your closet, how to make the pattern, and then how to construct. The skirt is based upon your personal measurements and then constructed. This is really quite easy and a LOT of fun to make. I show you how to audition you fabrics to get the best combinations of eco print.

Put those prints to good use and showcase your work in a wearable!
